Bitcoin rose to $81,241 early Tuesday as more investors returned to the cryptocurrency market and money flowed into bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

The rise follows a major jump last week, when bitcoin gained more than 20% in three days.

More than $4 billion in bets against bitcoin were wiped out as prices climbed, helping fuel the rally.

US spot bitcoin ETFs received $1.92 billion last week, their biggest weekly inflow since October.

Investors are also showing stronger interest through higher trading activity and growing stablecoin supply, which traders often use to buy crypto.

Analysts remain cautious because bitcoin has struggled for months. However, some believe the latest rally could last longer than previous short-term rebounds.

Strategy, the biggest corporate bitcoin holder, has not bought any for two weeks. A return to buying could further lift prices.
