While Sam Bankman-Fried was en route from the Bahamas to New York, in a major turn of events, Gary Wang and Caroline Ellison—FTX’s top executives—pleaded guilty to criminal fraud charges.
US Attorney Damian Williams announced the guilty pleas in a message Wednesday.
