A federal judge has decided to send former FTX CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried, to jail on Friday. The judge revoked his bail after he found probable cause that the indicted 31-year-old tampered with witnesses at least twice.

The disgraced crypto mogul has been under house arrest at his parents’ home since his arrest in December on fraud charges. SBF’s trial is set to begin on October 2.

The U.S. government charged him last year for orchestrating a financial fraud of staggering proportion. If convicted, SBF could spend his life behind bars.
