NBA star Shaquille O’Neal was finally served papers for endorsing the cryptocurrency firm FTX, which collapsed last year. Ironically, it was at a venue formerly known as the FTX Arena.

O’Neal has been dodging process servers for months, say the plaintiffs’ attorneys.

The lawsuit alleges O’Neal and some other celebrities like Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen and Steph Curry, along with co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried, engaged in “deceptive practices to sell FTX yield-bearing digital currency accounts” and defrauded investors.

The Hall of Famer also received a second set of papers related to his NFT venture Astrals Project.
