Burger King must face a lawsuit claiming it makes its Whopper burgers appear larger on menus than they actually are.

Customers in the proposed class action accused the fast food giant of misleading them by showing the burger with a meatier patty and ingredients that “overflow over the bun,” making it look like the burgers are 35% larger with more than double the amount of meat than it serves.

Wendy’s and McDonald’s are facing similar lawsuits.
