The convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein reportedly blackmailed Bill Gates when he found out about the multi-billionaire’s affair with a Russian bridge player and threatened to reveal the information unless Gates paid him.
The threat was made in 2017, when Epstein emailed Gates after the Microsoft co-founder refused to join a multibillion-dollar philanthropic fund set up by the late financier, per the Wall Street Journal.
