California Governor Gavin Newsom tweeted Monday that the state won’t do business with Walgreens over its decision not to sell an abortion pill, mifepristone, in 20 states.

Newsom expressed his outrage and blamed Walgreens as a “company that cowers to the extremists and puts women's lives at risk.”

CVS and Walgreens received a letter from attorneys generals in 20 conservative-led states threatening legal action if they sold abortion pills, especially mifepristone.
