Hollywood actors ended their longest-ever strike on Thursday after a tentative deal was reached between the 160,000-strong artists’ union SAG-AFTRA and AMPTP—which represents Netflix, Disney, NBCUniversal, and Paramount, among others.

SAG-AFTRA head Fran Drescher told The Hollywood Reporter that the three-year agreement promises the highest minimum wage increase in four decades.

Drescher also noted that the deal has an 11% bump in wages for background actors, a 75% increase in residuals for the top 20% of streaming shows, increased pensions and health benefits, and studios adhering to the developing federal regulations on AI.
