Each person can claim up to five Siri-enabled Apple products, and the max payout is $20 per device
US Apple users can now apply to claim a part of the $95 million settlement over getting snooped by Siri between September 17, 2014 and December 31, 2024.
The payout stems from a 2019 class action lawsuit alleging that Siri inadvertently recorded private conversations and shared them with third-party contractors without user consent.
Eligible devices include iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches. Each person can claim up to five Siri-enabled devices; the max payout is $20 per device. Applications are open till July 2, 2025.
