Hurricane Lee intensified into a Category 5 storm Thursday night and is forecast to move towards the northern Leeward Islands, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico this weekend and early next week.

It is still too early to predict the direction of the hurricane and if it will affect the U.S. mainland.
