Workers are climbing fences and fleeing the world's largest iPhone plant in China as the country tries to curb the COVID-19 outbreak with unyielding lockdowns, mass testing and quarantines.
Adhering to its zero-COVID policies, since mid-October, 200,000 Foxconn workers in Zhengzhou have been isolated and locked inside the factory premise to prevent outspread.
Meanwhile, Shanghai Disney closed abruptly Monday—with visitors inside—to comply with China’s COVID policies. People can leave once they show a negative test.
