Fast-food giant McDonald’s is turning the viral chicken nuggets with caviar meme into reality this Valentine’s Day with the launch of McNugget Caviar kits.

To stay relevant with relevant internet culture, McDonald’s will release a limited number of free kits online starting February 10. 

Each set features a one-ounce tin of premium Baerii sturgeon caviar, a $25 gift card for nuggets, creme fraiche, and a mother-of-pearl spoon.

It is a marketing trend designed to spark social media buzz rather than drive mass sales. Other brands have launched similar novelty campaigns.
