Don Lemon was arrested and later released on Thursday over a January 18 protest that disrupted a service at a St. Paul church where an ICE official is believed to serve as pastor.

Authorities in Minnesota also arrested another journalist and two protesters. Lemon was charged with violating federal laws prohibiting interference with the practice of religion.

He was released a day later on his own recognizance following a court appearance.
