GM, Stellantis offer 25% wage raise to UAW

General Motors (GM) and Stellantis have offered a 25% wage increase to the United Auto Workers (UAW), signaling a resolution in ongoing talks.

Following Ford’s tentative contract offering the same raise, both automakers are pushing to end the historic six-week work stoppage.

The marathon negotiations could yield a tentative deal as early as Friday say sources close to the talks.

All tentative agreements will be subject to ratification by a majority of each company’s UAW workforce.
