Of the nine justices of the Supreme Court, only seven filed their financial disclosures. Justice Clarence Thomas (seated second from left) and Justice Samuel Alito (seated second from right) asked for extensions

Seven out of nine Supreme Court justices released new financial disclosures for 2022 yesterday under the Ethics in Government Act. Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito’s financial information was missing.

The two justices asked for extensions, which is allowed.

These highly-anticipated disclosures arrive in the wake of revelations about Justice Clarence Thomas’ previously undisclosed luxury travel worth hundreds of thousands of dollars and his financial ties to Texas billionaire and GOP megadonor Harlan Crow.
