Newly released financial disclosures reveal that Kevin Warsh, President Donald Trump’s nominee for Federal Reserve chairman, likely possesses a net worth exceeding $100 million.

If appointed, he would be the wealthiest Fed Chair in recent decades.

Warsh’s fortune expanded to include stakes in several startups and tech firms, including SpaceX. His household wealth is further bolstered by his wife, Jane Lauder, heiress to the Estee Lauder beauty empire.

The Senate Banking Committee is expected to hold a hearing next week on Warsh’s nomination. The current Fed Chair Jerome Powell’s term expires on May 15.

Warsh has pledged to divest from some of his investments if selected by the Senate.
