NASA astronaut Nicole Mann made history Wednesday. She became the first Native American woman to go to space when she and her crew flew to the International Space Station (ISS).

Aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon vehicle that launched from the Kennedy Space Center, Mann and her team will spend 150 days at the ISS. This was SpaceX’s sixth crewed mission for NASA to the ISS since 2020.
