Hertz’s car sales on Amazon Autos|@hertzcarsales|X

Hertz is teaming up with Amazon Autos to sell used rental cars online, marking the first rental fleet partnership for Amazon’s car marketplace.

E-commerce giant Amazon launched its Autos business last December with Hyundai partnerships.

Customers in Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and Seattle can now shop Hertz’s pre-owned vehicles through Amazon Autos, with more cities coming soon.

Buyers within 75 miles of these launch markets can browse listings, purchase vehicles, and pick them up at local Hertz Car Sales locations within three days.

Hertz says the cars are “maintained from day one” and include models from Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet, and Nissan.

The company plans to expand to 45 locations across the US, aligning with Amazon Autos’ growing presence.
