Even as several brands cut ties with Kanye West due to his antisemitic comments, his music will stay on Spotify as it doesn’t violate the company’s hate speech policy, per CEO Daniel Ek.

Currently, Ye is the 19th most popular artist on Spotify with 51 million monthly listeners. While talking to Reuters, Ek acknowledged that Ye’s antisemitic comments are “awful”, but also added the streaming service will not remove his music unless his label requested it.

As a corporate boycott of Ye, previously Kanye, by Balenciaga, Adidas, and other brands increases, other companies that have not yet partnered with him make it clear he’s not welcome.

Skechers announced on Wednesday that its executives escorted Ye out from its Los Angeles office when the rapper “showed up unannounced and uninvited.” The company further added that they have “no intention of working with Ye.”
