Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding is expected to cost $20 million, per Forbes|killatrav|Instagram

New York City is getting ready for the rumored wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden, which is expected to start around 4 p.m. ET.

Is it for real?
An internal police memo outlined a 100-guest rehearsal dinner on Thursday evening, followed by a 1,000-guest wedding and reception on Friday. Celebrities expected to attend the event include Jack Antonoff, the Haim sisters, Beyonce and Jay-Z, with reports indicating Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw will perform.

While details of the venue’s interior remain under wraps, onlookers spotted trucks delivering decorations and catering supplies to Madison Square Garden, including tree branches, boxes of alcohol and lobster meat.

Forbes estimates the total cost—including venue security, elaborate floral designs and heavy security—will reach at least $20 million. The permit to hold such a huge event and close streets around the MSG could cost up to $66,000 a day.

The Swift and Kelce wedding is reportedly on par with Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s lavish Venice ceremony last year.

But the couple may already be married
Page Six reports that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may have already exchanged vows before their reported Madison Square Garden event, citing unnamed sources. The outlet said the couple had a small ceremony with a “tiny group of loved ones,” but did not say when or where it happened. However, it noted that Swift’s private jet had recently been in Nashville, where she lived early in her career.
