White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles gave a blunt series of interviews in which she spoke candidly about President Donald Trump and those close to him.
In conversations with Vanity Fair, she reportedly described Trump as having “an alcoholic’s personality,” called Elon Musk an “avowed” ketamine user (something Musk has denied), and labeled Vice President JD Vance a “conspiracy theorist.”
Journalist Chris Whipple, who wrote the piece, said it was based on 11 on-the-record interviews conducted over nearly a year. Wiles didn’t dispute the account beyond calling it a “disingenuously framed hit piece” and claiming that key context was omitted.
