The chief financial officer of Tyson Foods, John R Tyson was arrested Sunday morning after authorities said he entered a stranger’s house in Fayetteville Ark. intoxicated, and fell asleep.

John, 32, who is also the son of Tysons chairman John H Tyson, was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespassing. Apparently, he was so drunk that he broke into a stranger's house and slept on her bed, according to a report filed by the Fayetteville Police Department.

Authorities released John Sunday evening. He apologized for his actions in a companywide email and said he is getting counseling on alcohol usage.
