United Parcel Service (UPS) identified the three crew members killed in Tuesday’s cargo jet crash near Louisville Muhammad Ali Airport.

The victims were Captain Richard Wartenberg, First Officer Lee Truitt, and International Relief Officer Captain Dana Diamond.

The crash of UPS Flight 2976, which occurred shortly after takeoff from Louisville’s SDF airport on Nov. 4, has resulted in 13 confirmed fatalities so far.

The parcel company expressed deep sorrow, calling it “an incredibly sad time for our entire UPS family.”

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) said a fire erupted from the MD-11 jet’s left wing during takeoff, causing the left engine to detach before the plane crashed into nearby buildings. Investigators are analyzing black box data and debris to determine the cause.
