Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said he is open to any peace talks with Russia, only if they comply with Ukraine's terms.

Zelensky during his Monday night address, laid out the conditions, saying, “One more time: restoration of territorial integrity, respect for the U.N. charter, compensation for all material losses caused by the war, punishment for every war criminal and guarantees that this does not happen again."

It is unlikely that Russia would accept these terms for a peace talk. The Kremlin has terms of its own for a talk—asking Ukraine to concede the four regions which Russia annexed during the war.
