Trump knew his voter fraud numbers were false, says judge

A California federal judge said Former President Donald Trump knew the voter fraud numbers were false yet he signed a sworn statement asserting they were accurate.

US District Judge David Carter ordered Trump’s former attorney John Eastman to turn over more emails, along with 33 new documents to the Jan 6 Committee investigating the Capitol riot.

The Judge wrote, “The emails show that President Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public.”

The emails could likely aid the Committee in shedding more light on Trump’s attempt to overthrow the 2020 election.
