Telecommunications giant AT&T revealed that sensitive personal information of its 73 million current and former customers leaked on the dark web two weeks ago.

The leak might include details like Social Security numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, full names, dates of birth and mailing addresses.

AT&T is uncertain if the data came from its systems or a third party. It hasn’t found any evidence of theft yet.

The telecom provider also said it had reset the passcodes of 7.6 million current customers. The breach affects them and 65.4 million former account holders.

In February, a widespread outage left thousands of AT&T customers unable to use their phones for around 12 hours, leading the company to apologize and offer compensation.
