The $1.6 billion Dominion Voting Systems’s defamation lawsuit accusing Fox News of reputational harm by knowingly spreading false statements about the stolen presidential election in 2020 is set to go on trial today in Delaware.

Scheduled for 9 AM, the trial was delayed by one day. It is considered a landmark test of First Amendment protections for the press.
