After nearly four decades at the helm of US Vogue, Anna Wintour is stepping down from her role as editor-in-chief.
Known for her iconic bob and signature sunglasses, Wintour, 75, has been a defining figure in fashion journalism.
Though the British-born fashion magnate is leaving her role, she will continue as Vogue’s global editorial director, as well as chief content officer for its parent company, Conde Nast.
Wintour told staff that a new position, head of editorial content, will be introduced at the magazine.
