Some parts of Twitter’s source code leaked online, the Elon Musk-owned company said in a legal filing on Sunday, per The New York Times.

Source code is the essential computer code the social network runs on. Twitter’s code was posted on GitHub—an internet hosting service for software development—and according to the filing, Twitter has already asked the software company to take down the code.

According to the filing, the posts infringe copyright held by Twitter.
