JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon will be questioned under oath over his bank’s ties to the late sex offender and alleged sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein.

Dimon’s sworn deposition will be behind closed doors in May, per the Financial Times.

The lawsuits, filed by an alleged Epstein victim and the US Virgin Islands, claim the country’s largest bank knew about Epstein’s illegal activities and benefited from human sex trafficking.

Jeffrey Epstein was a client of JPMorgan Chase from 1998 to 2013. During this time, he pleaded guilty to a Florida prostitution charge as well.

Epstein was found dead in his cell in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges.
