Enrique Tarrio, former Proud Boys chairman and three other members of the far-right group have been found guilty of seditious conspiracy. Federal jury in Washington, DC, on Thursday found they destroyed government property valued over $1,000.
It was one of the most important cases, stemming from the siege on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Defendant Dominic Pezzola, who took a shield from a police officer and used it to bash in a window at the Capitol, was not found guilty of conspiracy.
The prosecutors on the January 6th cases have so far secured more than 600 convictions.
