The California-based fast-food chain is eyeing expansion into Arkansas, Mississippi, and Oklahoma, with hints of a potential New Mexico location, according to CEO Lynsi Snyder.
He teased the prospective move during an interview with actor Terry Crews, noting these states fall along the existing distribution network that supplies its Texas and Tennessee restaurants.
Founded in 1948 by Snyder’s grandparents, Esther and Harry, in Baldwin Park, California, the family-owned burger chain operates without franchises. The brand now operates over 400 locations across 10 states, with more than half in California.
In-N-Out achieved a roughly 10% increase in domestic sales in 2025 compared to 2024, according to the Wall Street Journal.
