The Texas Supreme Court, composed of nine Republican justices, issued a ruling and opinion Monday—reversing the state’s judge’s emergency abortion access to a pregnant woman whose fetus has a fatal diagnosis.

The 20-week-pregnant Kate Cox—who is also a mother of two—has traveled outside the state to get her abortion. The Center for Reproductive Rights, which represents Cox, said the SC “ruling should enrage every Texan to their core.”
