Drug kingpin Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán’s three sons are among the 28 Sinaloa cartel members facing fentanyl trafficking charges in the US, per an announcement by Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Among Guzman’s three sons—Ovidio Guzmán López, Jesús Alfredo Guzmán Salazar and Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Sálazar—López is under Mexican custody.

The charges were filed as part of the Justice Department’s fentanyl-trafficking investigation and include weapons and money laundering charges too.
