The previously redacted parts of the suit filed by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre were made public yesterday

Prominent politicians, celebrities, and a royal family member were among the roughly 150 individuals mentioned in the newly unsealed documents released yesterday from a civil lawsuit related to Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

The previously redacted parts of the suit filed by Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre were made public yesterday. Though Giuffre settled her lawsuit against Maxwell in 2017, NY District Court Judge Loretta Preska ordered to unseal the documents related to them by January 1. She noted that many of those named in the document had already been identified by the media or in Maxwell’s criminal trial.

Being named in the documents doesn’t necessarily mean they committed any crime, as some are accused of wrongdoing, while others in the records are making allegations or are potential witnesses.

The biggest names include former Presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, Prince Andrew, and attorney Alan Dershowitz (who helped Epstein get a sweetheart plea deal), among others.

More documents in the case are expected to be released in the coming days.

The identities of two individuals haven’t been revealed, with Doe 107 given until January 22 to support her claim that revealing her name could bring physical harm. Doe 110’s inquiry is still in court.
